Yes, but depending on the location, you may want to reconsider. The stud stand out on a header may not allow you to slide on the header and be able to put a nut on the stud. Anything with an angle would also not be advised as studs have to be pulled straight. If you are mounting the transmission bellhousing to the engine, it’ll be fine, depending on your clearance from back to front. You have to go all the way back, all the way up and all the way forward, to pick up the alignment dowels, say, in the engine for a sbc with a TH350.
